The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon Candlesplanet.com's delivery of the items to the carrier.

TERMINATION AND EFFECT OF TERMINATION
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, Candlesplanet.com may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and Candlesplanet.com shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.

This Site may be accessed from countries other than the United States. This Site may contain products or references to products that are not available outside of the United States. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Candlesplanet.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Candlesplanet.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Candlesplanet.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

REMEDIES
You agree that Candlesplanet.com's remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and that Candlesplanet.com shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that Candlesplanet.com may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees.

No right or remedy of Candlesplanet.com shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including without limitation damages injunctive relief, attorneys' fees and expenses.

No instance of waiver by Candlesplanet.com of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.

APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES

Under no circumstances do we save or share your email address, billing address, shipping address, credit card number to any other company / person.
We do not collect any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.

CandlesPlanet, Inc. provides FREE UPS GROUND Shipping to the lower 48 U.S. States.
- We ship most in-stock orders within 1-2 business days to the lower 48 U.S. States.
- Appropriate shipping charges apply to all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.
- Expedite shipping is available for extra charge.
- Weight limit for all free shipments: 150lbs. We will notify our customers prior to shipping their order if we have to assess additional charges for shipping.

International Orders
All international orders have a shipping charge; free shipping applies only for orders shipped within the United States. Please check with your local rules and regulations about all costom fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions that are imposed on goods imported to your country.
All the shipping related fees are the responsibility of the recipient, not CandlesPlanet. If you refuse delivery of high custom or brokerage fees, duties or taxes iposed by your country, CandlesPlanet will have to pay them for you, pay for the return shipping or abandon the package. All costs incurred by CandlesPlanet because of this will be charged back to you. Billing and shipping addresses for all orders outside the United States must match.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Merchandise can be returned without flaws or defects within 30 days of delivery.
Unless we made a mistake on the order, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fee is not refundable.

Damaged Merchandise During Transit
We package our boxes according the UPS packaging codes, If for some reasons you received damaged products, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damaged package. You need to provide to UPS the tracking number which can be found on the shipping label. You don't need to keep the damaged package up to 5 days from the day you call UPS to report the damage. UPS will pick up the damage package for inspection, and send us the paper work for the refund.
Please send us an email reference with an order number about the damaged package.
